Manny has helped my husband I become an homeowner to a beautiful home that he found for us. Communication was excellent and always helpful. Moving from San Diego to Murrieta was a challenge, however Manny had taken the time to show the area's where it would be ideal for my family and I especially having two little children. I told him exactly what we were looking for in a home and location - he met all of that criteria for us! We are very pleased with his service.

We did our research on Manny and Diana Ortuno prior to enlisting them as realtors to find a home for us. THEY DID NOT LET US DOWN! We told Manny right up front what we wanted in a home and if that was not what he wanted to show us, we would find another realtor. We knew what we wanted and since we were traveling a distance of 65 to 70 miles to view homes outside the area we lived, we wanted to see what we wanted, not what a realtor thought he would like to show us. We also researched the Internet and provided him with our own listings of what we wanted to see based on our criteria. WOW!!! We cannot say enough good things about this couple. THEY KNOW HOW TO LISTEN! On the third time out to the new area, with our list in hand, we met Manny who wanted to show us a home he’d just found on the market before he showed us any from our list. The house he showed us was spot-on with probably 95% of our requirements. We did go see the homes on our list, but went back three more times to see the home he picked for us and ended up purchasing that home. We were so impressed with the couple, their expertise, their ability to listen to the client, and their loving kindness that we contracted with them to also sell the home from which we would be moving. Manny and Diana like what they do! They are passionate about doing the best they can do for the client and approached the sale of our home aggressively. They may not have been familiar with our area, but they did their homework on the neighborhood, and on the value of homes in our area. We listed on a Monday and the Ortuno’s held open-house both Saturday and Sunday of the same week. Guess what? Our house sold at open-house. The buyers backed out at the last minute and the Ortuno’s put it back on the market IMMEDIATELY with another open-house. It sold again during open-house…and for over asking! Since the purchase of the new home was contingent upon a 30-day sale of our home, the Ortuno’s also arranged with the sellers of the home we were buying, to extend their contingency another 30 days. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure that escrow on both homes closed simultaneously and that all bank funding/transfers, and documents were recorded on time to make the transaction and the move possible.
